Packaging Manager

*Packaging Manager* with 5+ years of work experience required for a *listed MEP/HVAC pipe & metal supports manufacturer* at *Vasai*, Mumbai

*Prior manufacturing experience in MEP/HVAC supports with factory exposure preferred*

JD:

- *Lead daily packaging and dispatch operations* for a wide range of metal fabricated products, pipe supports, HVAC accessories, and industrial components

- *Develop packaging schedules* aligned with production plans and dispatch timelines

- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, QC, and customer service teams for smooth outbound operations

- Implement customer-specific packaging formats and documentation for domestic and export shipments

- *Maintain stock records and shipment tracking using SAP MM & SD modules*

- Ensure compliance with safety norms, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards

- Train, supervise, and evaluate a team of 30+ packaging staff and supervisors

- *Reduce packaging costs* through process optimization and material rationalization

Salary up to *Rs 40,000 per month*
