Packaging Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Manager - Packaging for one of our esteemed FMCG clients in India.

Job Title: Senior Manager - Packaging

Location: Factory - Dhulagarh, Howrah, HO - Kolkata (Should be flexible to operate from both corporate office and factory)

Salary: 15 - 20 Lacs

Experience: Minimum 10+ years

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate with specialization in Packaging

Job Role:

·       Lead New Packaging Development and Quality Control

·       Standardized repository of artworks

·       Designs of laminates of all major products and legal compliance

·       Standardization of brand logo across all major products and vendors

·       Standardization of designs

·       Handling all sorts of packaging materials like printed packaging, rigid, flexible packaging etc. development

·       Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

·       Manage all audits as applicable

·       Supervise packaging operations for finished products and goods at processing facilities

·       Engage with cross functional team during NPD to proactively identify risks/challenges/ actions to ensure regulatory and quality system requirements
