About Us

As part of our innovation-driven journey, we’re looking for a Packaging Design Executive who can think beyond aesthetics and create smart, food-safe packaging solutions that blend design, utility, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse food menus and identify suitable packaging formats (based on food type, temperature, and delivery mode)
• Design box structures with accurate dimensions for food quantity & serving
• Create structural and visual packaging mockups (both 2D & 3D)
• Collaborate with chefs, product teams, and vendors for sample development
• Finalise materials (paper type, GSM, coating) and ensure cost optimisation
• Prepare pricing and costing sheets for different quantities
• Maintain vendor coordination for die making, prototyping, and final production
• Ensure packaging meets food safety, microwaveability, and delivery durability standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Packaging Technology, Product/Industrial Design, Printing Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in food packaging design, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or sustainable packaging firms

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of box structures, corrugated design, and food packaging needs
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and CAD tools like ArtiosCAD or AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of food-grade papers, GSM, coatings, and materials
• Cost estimation and basic pricing models
• Vendor coordination and project management
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Bonus Points for Candidates With

• Experience in biodegradable/eco-friendly food packaging
• Understanding of FSSAI/FDA packaging norms
• Knowledge of delivery packaging durability (Zomato, Swiggy, QSR formats)
