Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field · Min 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must Job Role: · Packaging development activities of solid oral dosage for ROW, domestic markets. · To perform pack evaluation of RLD & reference samples. · To assist for selection of packaging materials for stability, exhibit & commercial batches (primary/secondary/tertiary). · To assist for development of change parts for various OSD Plant Packing & F&D packing machineries. · To conduct packaging trials and optimize the packaging specification if needed. · Testing of packaging materials at R&D. · Preparation of specification for packaging materials (new product) and standard test procedure(STP), master packaging card (MPC). · Cross functional coordination for artwork requirements. · Monitoring the execution of exhibit batches at plant level during packaging. · To evaluate the packaging material supplier & provide technical support for their qualification. As a Specialist in Packaging Development at Unison Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assist in packaging development activities for solid oral dosage for CMO, regulated, and domestic markets. - Perform pack evaluation of RLD and reference samples. - Assist in the selection of packaging materials for stability, exhibit, and commercial batches (primary/secondary/tertiary). - Generate material codes, indent packaging material, and follow up for procurement. - Aid in the development of change parts for various packaging machineries. - Conduct packaging trials and optimize packaging specifications if necessary. - Test packaging materials at the R&D center. - Prepare specifications for new product packaging materials and standard test procedures. - Create master packaging cards (MPC). - Coordinate with different departments for artwork preparation and approval. - Provide technical input during artwork development and assist in finalizing cutter guides for various packaging materials. - Monitor the execution of exhibit batches at the plant level during packaging. - Suggest and initiate cost reduction projects. - Evaluate packaging material suppliers and provide technical support for their qualification. - Coordinate with different departments for the execution of packaging activities.
