Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Plant at Unison Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the plant. The role also involves developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Job Role: Talent AquisitionLocation: Moraiya, Ahmedabad Experience: 2- 5 Years
