Packaging Development Specialist

As a Specialist in Packaging Development at Unison Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assist in packaging development activities for solid oral dosage for CMO, regulated, and domestic markets. - Perform pack evaluation of RLD and reference samples. - Assist in the selection of packaging materials for stability, exhibit, and commercial batches (primary/secondary/tertiary). - Generate material codes, indent packaging material, and follow up for procurement. - Aid in the development of change parts for various packaging machineries. - Conduct packaging trials and optimize packaging specifications if necessary. - Test packaging materials at the R&D center. - Prepare specifications for new product packaging materials and standard test procedures. - Create master packaging cards (MPC). - Coordinate with different departments for artwork preparation and approval. - Provide technical input during artwork development and assist in finalizing cutter guides for various packaging materials. - Monitor the execution of exhibit batches at the plant level during packaging. - Suggest and initiate cost reduction projects. - Evaluate packaging material suppliers and provide technical support for their qualification. - Coordinate with different departments for the execution of packaging activities.
