Job Role & Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing HoReCa clients (Restaurants, Cafés, QSR Chains, Cloud Kitchens, etc.) through proactive communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients in the HoReCa segment (Restaurants, Cafes, QSR Chains, etc.).
• Make initial introduction calls and schedule meetings or sample deliveries
• Communicate effectively through

  calls, WhatsApp, and email

  to understand client requirements
• Build long-term business relationships and maintain continuous follow-up
• Share product details, quotations, and coordinate for order closures
• Handle

  Key Accounts

  and ensure client satisfaction through consistent service
• Collect feedback after sales to improve customer experience
• Maintain a database of clients, leads, and order pipeline
• Work closely with the factory and logistics teams for smooth order execution

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business
• Strong follow-up and relationship management ability
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling
