Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Outside Sales Representative for our Manufacturing Vertical with 8-16 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent sales skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing vertical.
Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
