Roles and Responsibility : Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and support business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. Optimize Tableau performance and ensure scalability of dashboards for large datasets. Develop and maintain SQL queries for data transformation, and Analytics processes. Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure the availability and quality of data for reporting purposes. Conduct thorough testing and validation of Tableau dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability of data visualizations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding Tableau dashboards and related data issues. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve reporting solutions. Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced querying skills. Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing. Awareness of agile/iterative approaches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and documentation Experience using JIRA / Confluence is needed.
