Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Link Building Executive / Outreach Specialist to strengthen our SEO strategy by acquiring high-quality backlinks. You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and building relationships with relevant websites, bloggers, and influencers to secure link placements that drive traffic and improve search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective link-building and outreach strategies.
• Identify relevant websites, blogs, and publications for backlink opportunities.
• Conduct personalized email outreach campaigns to secure high-quality links.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop link-worthy content.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, link performance, and competitors’ link strategies.
• Maintain accurate outreach records and reporting using SEO tools and spreadsheets.
• Ensure compliance with Google’s link-building guidelines and best practices.
• Continuously research new link-building opportunities and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in link building, outreach, or SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).
• Strong written communication and email outreach skills.
• Knowledge of white-hat link-building strategies and SEO best practices.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content marketing and guest posting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms (Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Mailshake).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website structures.
