Description: Are you passionate about scaling e-commerce brands through paid ads? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive results across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, etc. Track daily performance and tweak campaigns to boost ROAS. Run A/B tests, fine-tune targeting, and optimize funnels. Work with the design/content team to create impactful ad creatives. Analyze performance data and present actionable insights. Stay updated on U.S. e-commerce trends and platform policies. Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure growth and profitability. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience managing paid ads for e-commerce brands (preferably targeting the U.S. market). Strong track record of running high-ROAS campaigns on Meta & Google. Familiarity with Pinterest, TikTok, or Snapchat Ads is a plus. Comfortable using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Creative thinker with a performance-first mindset. Bonus Skills: Experience with Shopify or similar platforms. Knowledge of email, SMS, or influencer marketing. Understanding of U.S. ad compliance policies.
