About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Social Media & Brand Manager to lead our brand presence across social media platforms while mentoring and managing a team of interns. This role involves developing innovative brand strategies, overseeing day-to-day social activities, and ensuring that interns are guided and trained to execute campaigns effectively. Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage a small team of interns, delegate tasks, and provide training and mentorship.
  • Create, schedule, and oversee high-quality content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and influencer teams for cohesive brand campaigns.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and gifting programs to increase brand reach.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize strategies.
  • Review intern deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely execution.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all communications align with the brand identity.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media or brand management.
  • Prior experience in managing interns or junior team members.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Proven ability to grow social media accounts and drive engagement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media content and captions.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and collaboration workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
