About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our presence across all major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital storytelling, building online communities, and growing brand awareness through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a platform-specific content strategy for each social media channel
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and YouTube
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content: reels, stories, posts, carousels, shorts, blogs, and videos
• Handle end-to-end campaign management for product launches, events, promotions, etc.
• Monitor social media trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve
• Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions to build brand loyalty and maintain a positive brand voice
• Work with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to deliver high-quality content
• Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, etc.) and continuously optimize content
• Collaborate with paid marketing team (if applicable) to align organic and paid strategies
• Plan contests, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and audience engagement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of each platform’s algorithm, features, and audience behavior
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills tailored for each platform
• Solid understanding of branding, digital trends, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, etc.) are a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts or pages
