Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and marketing-minded individual who loves exploring digital tools, platforms, communities and learning digital platforms quickly. The role will primarily focus on promoting Rocket Pod through community engagement, Reddit campaigns, and creative outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and understand various digital tools/platforms to identify potential growth and engagement opportunities.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns on Reddit and other online communities.
• Develop and manage community-driven campaigns to increase user awareness and engagement.
• Research audience interests, trending topics, and competitor campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports or summaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and identify new outreach ideas.

Skills Needed:

• Curiosity for tools and platforms: Should enjoy testing and learning new digital tools.
• Familiarity with Reddit: Should understand subreddit structure, posting norms, and engagement tactics.
• Basic understanding of online marketing or community engagement.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube for outreach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
