Outreach Specialist

About the Role:

DigiYaar is seeking a passionate and energetic Outreach Specialist to promote our Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services. This is a performance-driven role where your growth depends on your results.

Compensation Structure:

Initially, this role is commission-based.Once you achieve 5 confirmed sales in a month, you will be promoted to a fixed monthly salary + attractive incentives.Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.Pitch DigiYaar’s services and convert leads into sales.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Work with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Strong communication and convincing skills.Self-motivated and target-driven.Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing (training will be provided).Prior sales/outreach experience is preferred, but freshers with passion are welcome.
