Our mission is to make expert guidance seamless, accessible, and impactful. 💡 Role Overview We’re seeking an Expert Outreach Specialist who can: Discover and connect with high-value professionals on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn , and blogs. Build genuine rapport, showcasing the value of Qynko as a new channel for monetizing knowledge. Guide experts through the onboarding process—account setup, content profile creation, and platform walkthrough. Cultivate long-term relationships to drive expert retention and recurring engagement. 🎯 What You’ll Do Proactively identify and qualify potential experts across diverse domains. Cold-message/pitch professionals via DMs, emails, and calls, articulating the benefits of joining Qynko. Around 40-50 callings are required every day. Schedule and conduct onboarding conversations , demos, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams—product, marketing, and support—to make onboarding smooth. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and monitor progress metrics (e.g., outreach count, conversion rates). Develop and refine outreach strategies to maximize expert acquisition. ✅ What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in partnership outreach, talent acquisition, business development , sales, or creator programs. Exceptional written and verbal communication —your pitch must stand out. Strong persuasion skills and ability to articulate value effectively. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with both metrics and conversations. Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer culture . Organized, comfortable with CRMs or spreadsheets, and able to manage follow-ups. Kolkata-based candidates will receive preference, but remote candidates are welcome. 🌟 Nice to Have Previous experience onboarding creators, experts, influencers, or freelancers. Understanding of online education , content platforms, or monetization methods.
