Role Overview: Business Development Executive


You’ll be the growth engine—identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with experts, institutions, communities, and strategic partners that can drive user acquisition and revenue for Qynko.


What You’ll Do


  • Prospect & Qualify Leads:

    Identify high-potential experts, coaching institutes, communities, and creator networks.
  • Pitch & Close:

    Run outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events; deliver compelling demos and handle objections. Expect ~40–50 quality touchpoints/calls a day.
  • Own the Funnel:

    Move prospects from first contact to signed MoUs/onboarded experts; track KPIs (SQLs, conversions, revenue contribution).
  • Collaborate Internally:

    Work with product, marketing, and ops to craft offers, decks, and onboarding flows.
  • Optimize Playbooks:

    Test messaging, channels, and incentives—document what works and scale it.
  • CRM Discipline:

    Keep pipelines updated; report weekly on activity, conversion, and forecast.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience:

    1–3 years in business development / sales / partnerships (SaaS, edtech, creator economy, or marketplaces a plus).
  • Communication:

    Sharp written & verbal skills; can tailor a pitch in seconds.
  • Negotiation & Persistence:

    You handle “no” well and turn it into “maybe” (or a referral).
  • Process-Driven:

    Comfortable with CRMs/spreadsheets, follow-up cadences, and data-backed decisions.
  • Digital Native:

    You understand how creators, consultants, and communities monetize online.
  • Location:

    Kolkata candidates preferred; remote applicants welcome.


Nice to Have


  • Experience onboarding creators/experts or selling B2B/B2C services.
  • Edtech/consulting platform knowledge.
  • Basic grasp of funnels, CAC/LTV, and BD metrics.
