The ideal candidate is a quick learner , possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills , and can communicate effectively in English. You will work on building and enhancing Qynko’s mobile app features — from user onboarding to real-time consultations — and ensure the app is robust, smooth, and delightful to use. 🎯 Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter , React , or React Native . Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement new features. Write efficient, maintainable code following OOP principles . Debug, optimize, and fine-tune performance across devices. Implement responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing UI/UX . Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development. Participate in code reviews and team discussions. ✅ Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Flutter, React, or React Native. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Ability to communicate effectively in English , both written and spoken. Familiarity with state management tools like Provider, MobX, Redux, or BLoC. Experience integrating APIs and third-party libraries. Working knowledge of Git and version control. Strong attention to detail in implementing seamless UI/UX. Candidates based in Kolkata will be given higher preference . 🌟 Good to Have Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Messaging, etc.). Understanding of app lifecycle management .
