Job Summary: We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Outreach Manager to lead Kruu’s expansion and relationship-building efforts in tIndia. This role involves engaging with schools, educators, and key stakeholders to establish partnerships, drive adoption of Kruu programs, and represent Kruu as a leading voice in educational innovation. Key Responsibilities: School & Institution Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, group education heads, and counselors across Mumbai. Program Promotion & Adoption: Present Kruu's offerings (including project-based programs, innovation centres, and certifications) to potential partners and support onboarding. Partnership Development: Identify and engage with high-potential education groups (e.g., Amrita, Podar, Ryan, Jain Group) for long-term collaborations. Regional Strategy Execution: Implement a region-specific outreach plan aligned with Kruu’s mission and revenue goals. Event Participation & Coordination: Represent Kruu at regional education events, conferences, and school expos. Organize local roadshows and info sessions. Market Intelligence: Monitor regional education trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product refinement. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, pipelines, and partnerships using internal tools.
