What You’ll Own

-B2B Lead Extraction & Targeting

• Identify and extract international leads: distributors, marketplaces, bulk buyers, and partners.
• Use

  LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, and online research tools

  to build high-value pipelines.
• Analyze potential clients’ volume, pricing, and partnership fit.

-Outreach & Relationship Building

• Craft persuasive emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp communications.
• Schedule and lead meetings with international clients via

  Zoom/Google Meet

  .
• Build strong relationships and move prospects toward

  closing deals

  .

-Deal Closure & Export Blueprint

• Prepare

  commercial quotations, proposals, and pitch decks

  .
• Negotiate terms, shipping timelines, and contracts with global clients.
• Coordinate with cofounders to finalize deals and execute first shipments.

-Market Research & Strategy

• Identify 1–3 international markets where XOTIC Essentials can win big.
• Track competitors, tariffs, regulations, and growth opportunities.

-Execution & Logistics Coordination

• Work with freight forwarders, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth shipments.
• Manage documentation, customs compliance, and client communication.

Who You Are

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
• Ambitious, analytical, and comfortable taking

  cofounder-level ownership

• Curious about

  global B2B sales, exports, and startup scaling

  .
• Comfortable working

  night hours

  to sync with international clients.
• Excellent communicator, confident leading

  Zoom/Google Meet calls with clients

  .
• Thrives in

• Have prior experience in B2B lead generation, international sales, or exports.
• Are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
