Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Outreach Intern. The Outreach Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting research, engaging in community outreach, communicating with users, and providing customer service. The role will also involve content creation, including writing and developing materials to support outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Community Outreach and Research
• Writing skills for content creation and documentation
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
• Interest in mental health and emotional well-being is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
