Outlet Manager

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our bakery café operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, well-spoken, and capable of managing daily operations, staff, inventory, customer service, and hygiene standards with excellence. 🧁 Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management Oversee daily functioning of the bakery café and ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer queries or complaints efficiently. Monitor product quality, display standards, and ensure timely preparation and service. Inventory & Stock Handling Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Track stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure timely ordering and stock replenishment. Coordinate with suppliers and maintain proper records of purchases and usage. Hygiene & Compliance Ensure the café follows FSSAI and company hygiene guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, service areas, dining area, and storage spaces. Conduct routine hygiene, safety, and sanitation checks. Team Leadership Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance. Maintain discipline and ensure staff follow SOPs and service standards. Motivate the team to maintain a friendly and efficient work environment. Financial & Sales Responsibilities Assist in daily sales tracking, cash handling, and billing accuracy. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and reducing operational costs. Monitor expenses, wastage, and resource usage. 🎯 RequirementsGraduate preferred ; hospitality or F&B management background is an added advantage. 2–5 years of experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant supervisory role. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and maintain high standards. Knowledge of inventory management and basic computer skills.
