Responsible for managing and organizing day to day outlet operations with a goal of achieving indicated sales targets and to build a profit centre by maintaining all specified metrics of cost and quality. Delivering a high-quality customer engagement and experience by motivating the staff to provide excellent customer service. Ensure efficient store operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. ● Inventory planning and control to ensure product availability while minimizing wastage. ● Planning inventory on the basis of Sales planning & target setting. ● Workforce planning and week-off scheduling to maintain operational efficiency and manage labor costs across all shifts ● Must ensure exceptional customer handling standards are met to build lasting loyalty and repeat business. ● Lead and train the staff to perform well and keep the team positive. ● Keep the store clean and ensure all company rules (SOPs) are followed ● Manage sales targets and train staff to sell extra items (upsell) to increase revenue. ● Report on the daily sales summary to track performance and targets. ● Prepare a detailed inventory summary (daily and monthly) of stock levels and usage. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
