Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth in one of Indias most vibrant cities.

Manage all aspects of the outlets operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Create and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and motivated staff
Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings that cater to local tastes and trends
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the Mumbai market
