Outdoor Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement
ATL and BTL campaigns
, including hoardings, print ads, radio, and street activations.
Manage
outdoor advertising
: hoardings, banners, kiosks, and site branding.
Organize and coordinate
brand events, property expos, roadshows, and exhibitions
.
Collaborate with vendors and agencies for smooth execution of marketing collaterals and event setups.
Handle
Marcom activities
, ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.
Track campaign reach, engagement, and ROI; prepare regular reports.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outdoor and event marketing with overall strategy.
Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.

Key Skills

ATL & BTL marketing execution
Outdoor advertising & vendor management
Event management (Brand events, expos, roadshows)
Marketing communications (Marcom)

Strong coordination & communication skills
Real estate marketing experience (plots/villas preferred)

Qualifications

Any Graduate
Minimum 1+ years of experience in outdoor marketing, brand events, and marcom, preferably in real estate or related industries.
