About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to introduce our initiatives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective schools for partnership or participation.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the initiative and handle objections confidently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Assist in email follow-ups, WhatsApp communications, and maintaining outreach calendars.
• Work closely with the sales and events team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of schools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of telecalling experience in B2B sales

  , preferably in the education or events domain.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi 
• Confident and persuasive phone presence with a consultative approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRMs and data entry tools (e.g., Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
