Profile Summary

Marketing, Sponsorship Sales and Strategic Partnerships

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business and revenue-generating opportunities in alignment with the company’s growth targets.
• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with existing clients for upselling and long-term retention.
• Develop and implement weekly action plans for outreach and lead conversion in coordination with the internal team.
• Maintain and update reports including sales pipelines, lead trackers, call logs, and other CRM-related entries for accurate forecasting.
• Conduct thorough market research, trend analysis, and competitor mapping to build a rich and relevant brand database.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, CMOs, brand managers, and media planners to pitch partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align sponsorship decks, brand collaterals, and event narratives with client expectations.

Educational Qualification & Key Skills Required

• MBA in Marketing & Management

  from a reputed institute.
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in:
• Marketing & New Business Development
• Sponsorships & Partnerships
• Media & Brand Sales
• Brand Management and Promotion
• Digital and Mass Communication Strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven sales tracking.
• Strong understanding of the brand partnership landscape, especially in experiential marketing and event IPs.
