Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Outbound Sales Specialist. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, delivering excellent customer service, and managing customer relations. The role involves communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales deals effectively.

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is a remote position ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, lead generation, and client engagement. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, identifying needs, and generating qualified leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound call for Lead Generations and Sales Closures marking and making follow-ups to potential clients from curated databases.

· Explain product/service features, benefits, and value propositions effectively

· Qualify leads based on specific criteria and follow the protocols of senior sales reps

· Handle objections and resolve customer queries with confidence and clarity

· Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems/Mobile App.

· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and lead conversion.

· Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for campaign support

· Participate in sales training and feedback sessions for continuous improvement

Eligibility & Requirements: (For Experience Candidates)

· Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)

· 2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or inside sales (Freshers welcome)

· Must have Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi.

· Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer needs analysis

· Confident in working with calling tools, CRMs, and MS Office/Google Workspace

· Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

· Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and device setup in a peacfull place.

· Experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation is a plus.

· Strong Customer Service skills

· Ability to work independently and remotely

· Previous experience in BPO’s industry is advantageous

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
