Job Title: Customer Support Executive Company: InstaFinancials Location: HRBR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka Work Mode: Work from Office Job Summary: InstaFinancials is seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to assist our clients with platform queries, feature navigation, and resolution of service-related concerns. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a helpful attitude, and a foundational understanding of financial and compliance data. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring a seamless support experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication & Support Provide professional and efficient support via email, chat, and phone . Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams. Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up for resolution. Coordination & Follow-up Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Provide feedback on recurring problems to improve support processes. Maintain service quality and follow up on pending or unresolved cases. Customer Education & Documentation Educate clients on report interpretation, company data access, and platform features. Assist in preparing support content such as FAQs and how-to documents. Skills & Competencies: Fluency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written) – mandatory Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of company financials, compliance terms, and reports Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using CRM/helpdesk tools is an advantage Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure Willingness to learn and take ownership of customer satisfaction Educational Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any finance-related discipline Experience: 0–2 years in customer support, service desk, or client-facing roles Languages Required: English: Must (read, write, speak) Hindi: Must (speak, understand) Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹3 – 4 LPA Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Years of experience, If any? As a Senior .NET Developer on a 1-year contract basis, you will be a key member of the development team responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining both legacy and modern cloud-based .NET applications. Your role requires a high level of technical proficiency, independent problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient .NET-based web applications. You will lead the development of new features and enhancements in both legacy and modern systems, develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, and collaborate with business and non-technical teams to deliver functional solutions. Additionally, you will optimize application performance, ensure secure coding practices, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, and maintain documentation while adhering to development standards. To excel in this role, you must possess advanced programming expertise in C#, hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core, proficiency in Entity Framework / Dapper, MVC, Web API, and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server. A solid understanding of JavaScript, along with working knowledge of jQuery, Git, and Jira for version control and project tracking is essential. Your ability to work in an Agile environment is crucial for success. While not mandatory, familiarity with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks, WCF, Win Forms, SignalR, and exposure to mobile app development will be advantageous. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA) along with 5 to 10 years of relevant hands-on development experience in .NET technologies. This contract position offers a compensation of 12 to 14 LPA (in-hand) with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in HRBR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, requiring reliable commuting or relocation before starting work.
