Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Counselor/Outbound Sales Executive Specialist to drive employer engagement for our apprenticeship and training programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify employer leads in the automotive, construction, and carpentry sectors.
  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms to research prospects and build targeted outreach lists.
  • Conduct cold outreach through WhatsApp and email to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline, tracking all conversations and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the internal team to refine strategies and consistently book meetings with decision-makers.


Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and cold outreach experience.
  • Proven success selling workforce development or training solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and lead-generation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills across WhatsApp and email.
  • Experience working with clients in Australia, the US, or the UK.
