Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – Work From Office (WFO) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month About Us We are a growing IT software company in Bhopal, looking for a driven and articulate Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. If you have a knack for technology, a persuasive communication style, and the ability to manage sales workflows efficiently, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales: Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce our software solutions, understand their needs, and pitch relevant products. Lead Management: Maintain and update the customer database accurately using our CRM tools. Ensure all interactions are logged and tracked. Sales Workflow: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial contact to follow-ups and closing or handing over qualified leads to the senior sales team. Liaisoning: Act as the primary point of contact between potential clients and internal technical teams, ensuring clear communication of client requirements. Data Management: Organize and manage sales data to generate reports and insights on call performance and lead conversion. Requirements Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory. Technical Background: Prior experience or educational background in IT/Software sales is highly preferred. You must be comfortable discussing technical concepts. Tools: Proven experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and general data management tools. Soft Skills: Strong convincing power, negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor. Organization: Ability to manage sales workflows and follow up on leads without supervision.
