Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify employer leads in the automotive, construction, and carpentry sectors. Use LinkedIn and other platforms to research prospects and build targeted outreach lists. Conduct cold outreach through WhatsApp and email to generate interest and schedule appointments. Maintain a well-organized pipeline, tracking all conversations and follow-ups. Work closely with the internal team to refine strategies and consistently book meetings with decision-makers. Ideal Candidate Minimum 3 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and cold outreach experience. Proven success selling workforce development or training solutions. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and lead-generation tools. Excellent communication skills across WhatsApp and email. Experience working with clients in Australia, the US, or the UK.
