Outbound Calling Specialist (Trainee & Full-Time) U.S. & Canada Markets

Trainee (9-month program) for candidates with less than 1 year of experience;

the U.S. and Canada

We offer two exciting paths:

  • Full-Time Position

    : For candidates with 1+ year of experience, you’ll take immediate ownership of outbound calling activities for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Trainee Program

    : For candidates with less than 1 year of experience, we provide a 9-month training program designed to sharpen your sales and calling skills. Upon successful completion, there’s an opportunity to convert to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

For Both Trainees and Experienced Candidates:

  • Engage with Potential Clients in the U.S. & Canada

    : Make outbound calls to introduce Oblytech’s cutting-edge IT solutions (ServiceNow, Salesforce) to businesses across North America.
  • Qualify Leads and Set Meetings

    : Identify potential business needs, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team to follow up.
  • Craft Effective Call Strategies

    : Collaborate with team members to develop and refine compelling call scripts that speak to the unique needs of U.S. and Canadian clients.
  • Manage CRM Records

    : Maintain detailed call logs, update lead statuses, and document client interactions in our CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Exceed Performance Goals

    : Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call targets, lead generation, and scheduled meetings.

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates (1+ Year of Experience):

  • Take Charge of Outbound Efforts

    : Manage outbound calling for the U.S. and Canadian markets with minimal supervision, leveraging your prior experience.
  • Mentor & Guide Junior Team Members

    : Provide support to trainees and share best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Optimize Sales Strategies

    : Work with the business development team to improve outreach tactics and streamline lead conversion.

Additional Responsibilities for Trainees (0-1 Year of Experience):

  • Learn the Fundamentals of Outbound Calling

    : Engage in a structured 9-month training program that covers outbound calling techniques, sales skills, and CRM management.
  • Receive Mentorship & Support

    : Receive hands-on guidance from experienced sales professionals to refine your approach and improve your success rates.
  • Progress to Independent Calling

    : As you gain confidence, gradually take full ownership of the outbound calling process by the end of the trainee program.

Requirements:

  • Trainees

    : Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for sales, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is necessary.
  • Experienced Candidates

    : Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling or sales, preferably with international clients. CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) is a bonus.
  • For All Candidates

    : Excellent verbal communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work during U.S. & Canada business hours.
  • Knowledge of IT services (ServiceNow, Salesforce) is a plus, but not mandatory.
