Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ORM Executive role located in Saket. The ORM Executive will monitor online mentions, feedback, and reviews about the brand while responding proactively to maintain and enhance the brand's online reputation. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries across various platforms, tracking brand sentiment, preparing ORM reports, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with internal teams to manage concerns and enhance online presence.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Writing Skills: Skilled in drafting responses, professional communication, and customer relationship management.
• Online Reputation Management (ORM) Strategies: Deep understanding of monitoring and responding to online mentions, managing customer reviews, and mitigating negative feedback effectively.
• Research and Analytical Abilities: Proficient in social listening tools, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights to improve brand visibility and sentiment.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO strategies, social media platforms, and content curation for online engagement.
• Problem-Solving and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage crises efficiently, and work under deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Relevant Experience and Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with prior experience in ORM or a digital marketing role.
• Technological Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ORM and social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Meltwater.
