  • Identify negative or sensitive issues and escalate to seniors
  • Maintain email trackers and update case status
  • Follow response timelines (TAT) and process guidelines
  • Ensure emails are grammatically correct and professional
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required for resolution

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Basic written English skills (email writing)
  • Comfortable working on email-based processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
