You will be responsible for key components, research and monitoring of the change strategies which underpin the change portfolios, providing information, advice and guidance ensuring that projects are delivered successfully within Jacobs itself and for clients.You will have exposure to projects in supporting people through transformational change. You will be part of a high performing team which will challenge and inspire you as we deliver a significant step change in performance to enable ‘best in class’ change delivery. You will work with the Organizational Change Leads, communications, training and other teams to understand change impacts and business readiness and develop and monitor key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Have knowledge of a structured methodology to develop components of a consistent change strategy to meet the unique needs of each change initiative
  • Collaborate with staff across corporate functions, lines of business and programmes to aid the development of strategies in support of projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate and create deliverables related to leadership and sponsor engagement, identifying key stakeholders, conducting impact analysis, change champion strategy, resistance management strategy, learning needs analysis, assessing change readiness, and identifying metrics to measure change effectiveness and ensure sustainability.
  • Be aware of change management best practices and engage in learning and coaching with other change practitioners in the organization.
  • Develop key metrics and utilize research to support change initiatives.
  • Use and develop our change management methodology
  • Work within a matrix managed team including change, communications, training and others.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Contribute fully to the organizational change team.

Here's what you'll need
  • Relevant qualification, e.g. ONE of Prosci ADKAR1 Model APMG - Change Management or equivalent
  • Experience of monitoring key metrics of change on transformational change programmes
  • Good knowledge of the principles of change management
  • Good knowledge of stakeholder management on complex/sensitive programmes understanding how change impacts various groups differently
  • Good interpersonal and communication (including presentation) skills
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships across the organisations and to work with integrity and honesty
  • Strong organizational skills, and an awareness of the project and programme context and discipline
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible and work with global teams and stakeholders
