Elephant in the Boardroom is seeking a Organic Growth & Visibility Strategist — a performance-driven candidate who blends creative storytelling with analytical precision. You’ll lead the SEO division to architect, execute, and scale visibility strategies for Australian and international clients, driving measurable growth, authority, and ROI across search ecosystems.

This role demands leadership, innovation, and deep technical understanding — not just managing keywords, but owning the entire organic growth lifecycle from visibility to conversion.

• Strategic Ownership:

  Design and execute organic growth roadmaps for multiple brands, aligned with client objectives and long-term digital strategy.

• Performance Leadership:

  Translate business goals into actionable SEO strategies that drive tangible impact — visibility, engagement, and lead quality.

• Team Development:

  Mentor, guide, and elevate an SEO and content team — instilling an analytical, performance-first culture.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with Paid Media, Content, Design, and Tech teams to ensure holistic marketing outcomes.

• Client Partnership:

  Act as a senior consultant to key clients, presenting performance insights and strategic opportunities directly to stakeholders.

• Innovation:

  Lead experimentation with AI-assisted SEO, data-driven content frameworks, and new ranking paradigms (SGE, voice, visual search).

• Reporting Excellence:

  Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations through dashboards and executive reports that influence decision-making.

• Establishing robust organic foundations for new SEO projects — from technical health to brand discoverability.
• Consistent improvement in organic visibility, keyword reach, and engagement across target markets.
• Enhanced authority and credibility of client domains through content excellence and E-E-A-T alignment.
• Measurable improvement in lead quality and contribution of organic channels to overall marketing ROI.
• Well-trained, performance-oriented SEO team delivering predictable and scalable results.
  

• 5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven leadership in digital or agency environments.
• Strong technical SEO expertise combined with content strategy and analytics acumen.
• Proficiency with tools like GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO.
• Clear understanding of search behavior, user intent, and algorithmic trends.
• Excellent communication, client presentation, and leadership skills.
• Passion for innovation and measurable performance — with the curiosity to test, learn, and evolve continuously.
