You will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable SEO strategies, mentoring and guiding an SEO and content team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as a senior consultant to key clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute organic growth roadmaps for multiple brands aligned with client objectives. - Translate business goals into actionable SEO strategies for tangible impact on visibility, engagement, and lead quality. - Mentor and elevate an SEO and content team to instill an analytical, performance-first culture. - Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, Design, and Tech teams for holistic marketing outcomes. - Act as a senior consultant to key clients, presenting performance insights and strategic opportunities. - Lead experimentation with AI-assisted SEO, data-driven content frameworks, and new ranking paradigms. - Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations through dashboards and executive reports. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of hands-on SEO experience in digital or agency environments. - Strong technical SEO expertise, content strategy, and analytics acumen. - Proficiency with tools like GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO. - Clear understanding of search behavior, user intent, and algorithmic trends. - Excellent communication, client presentation, and leadership skills. - Passion for innovation, measurable performance, and continuous evolution.
