Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with five to eight years of experience to define and execute AI-driven product strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, working closely with AI/ML teams, engineers, and designers to bring innovative products to life. Your ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable AI-driven features will be instrumental in driving product success and business impact. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to shape AI-powered offerings. Identify customer pain points and leverage AI to create differentiated solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and software developers to bring AI-driven features to life. Product Execution And Delivery Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous iteration. Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog, ensuring efficient sprints and timely releases in an agile environment. Continuously analyze key performance indicators and user feedback to optimize product features. AI-Driven Insights And Data-Backed Decisions Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to refine product strategy. Implement A/B testing and user research to validate AI model performance. Ensure AI products deliver measurable impact with real-world use cases. Qualifications And Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related field. 5 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in an AI/ML or SaaS-driven environment. Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model deployment, and AI ethics. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to work with engineering teams, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate AI complexities into business value for non-technical teams.
