We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Architect specializing in React and UX/UI Development to drive the design and architecture of our next-generation platforms. 

Position Overview:

As a Product Architect at Oraczen, you will be responsible for defining the frontend architecture and ensuring seamless user experiences through exceptional UI/UX design. Your deep expertise in React.js, UX principles, and system architecture will play a crucial role in shaping our products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be a hands-on expert FE coder with deep experience in designing complex & performative UI/UX interfaces. 
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance frontend applications using Nextjs, React.js and modern UI frameworks like Shadcn UI / Material-UI . 
• Establish best practices for frontend development, ensuring maintainability, efficiency, and code quality. 
• Conduct daily/weekly Code reviews of the FE team to ensure product code is inline and compliant with Oraczen code standards. 
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to drive UX/UI excellence. 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers, fostering best coding practices. 
• Develop reusable component libraries and design systems to enhance development efficiency. 
• Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices and platforms. 
• Lead the integration of frontend solutions with backend services using RESTful and GraphQL APIs. 
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in front-end architecture, UX/UI design, and technology frameworks. 
• Drive accessibility and usability improvements to enhance user adoption and engagement. 
• Ensure all aspects of developed code is rigorously tested and bugfree 
• Own Github code checkin processes and establish robust CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment. 

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in frontend development and UI/UX architecture. 
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and component-based architecture. 
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. 
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable frontend architecture. 
• Proficiency with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand. 
• Strong knowledge of design systems, UI component libraries, and frontend frameworks. 
• Expertise in integrating frontend applications with backend APIs (RESTful, GraphQL). 
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques. 
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. 
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Knowledge of micro frontends and modular UI architecture. 
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. 
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for intuitive UX/UI design. 

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
