We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our development team. This role is ideal for an aspiring developer with foundational skills in the .NET framework and a keen interest in learning and growing their expertise, particularly in Oracle Simphony extensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain software solutions using the .NET and JavaScript framework.
• Develop and implement Simphony extensibility solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Design and implement .NET and JavaScript-based extensibility modules for Oracle Simphony POS.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Install and troubleshoot hardware. Manage the POS lab.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Contribute to system documentation, testing, and code reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, project managers, and end-users, to deliver quality software.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, particularly in .NET development, JavaScript extensibility, and Oracle Simphony.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate programming experience, preferably with the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate experience with JavaScript programming.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
• Good familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems.
• Basic understanding of hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience or familiarity with Oracle Simphony and its extensibility capabilities.
• Experience with .NET and JavaScript extensibility modules for POS systems.
• Exposure to point-of-sale (POS) systems or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL).
