Job Summary:

Excelencia is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant to join its IT team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, and supporting end users across various supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities of the role would be as follows:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS SCM modules such as – Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management and Shipping, Bills of Material (BOM)
• Knowledge in Planning and Manufacturing is a plus
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS SCM modules to meet business needs
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices based on Oracle’s capabilities.
• Write functional specifications for RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) objects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support development and testing of customizations.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), resolve issues, and provide training and documentation to end users.
• Support go-live and post go-live activities
• Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues, where applicable

Ideal candidate will have the following qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of core Oracle SCM modules (INV, PO, OM, BOM, etc.).
• Experience with full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades.
• Experience in documenting functional requirements and writing test scripts.
• Familiarity with PL/SQL is a plus (for collaborating with technical teams).
• Good understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
