Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Sales Cloud Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in Sales Cloud SaaS Implementation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work directly with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement Oracle Sales Cloud solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations with front-end ticketing and work order management systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Sales Cloud implementation.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Sales Cloud functionalities.
Ensure data integrity and security in all implemented solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Cloud SaaS Implementation.
Experience in integrations with front-end ticketing and work order management systems such as Fusion CX B2B Service, OSvC, JDE, etc.
Understanding of Product/Inventory catalogues and sync functionalities.
Exposure to Message Scenarios and OIC Setup.
Experience in downstream integrations with Billing/ERP systems.
Good communication skills for direct client interactions.
