Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Service Engineer

As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineer, you will be responsible for handling integrations, data conversion, reports, fast formulas, and optionally Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad/Pune. Your expertise in Compensation and Equity areas within Oracle HCM will be highly valued. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on integrations, data conversion, reports, and fast formulas related to Oracle HCM. - Demonstrate functional knowledge and expertise in Compensation and Equity areas within Oracle. - Handle HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports with proficiency. - Familiarity with Mulesoft is desirable but not mandatory. - Utilize Oracle HCM tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL effectively. - Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be advantageous. - Apply strong problem-solving skills both independently and within a team setting. - Exhibit excellent communication and documentation skills throughout the projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM techno-functional roles. - Proficiency in Oracle HCM tools and technologies. - Prior experience with integrations, data conversion, and report generation. - Knowledge of Compensation and Equity modules within Oracle HCM. - Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative work ethic. - Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure effective project delivery.
