Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Service Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Oracle HCM Tech focusing on Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas, and optionally OIC. Your role will also involve providing functional coverage, particularly in Compensation and Equity areas within Oracle HCM. As a Techno-Functional Engineer, you will specialize in HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports. While experience in Mulesoft is preferred, it is not mandatory. You will work with tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is advantageous. Your problem-solving abilities will be crucial as you collaborate with the team and work independently. Key Responsibilities: - Specialize in Oracle HCM Tech, including Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas, and optionally OIC - Provide functional coverage, particularly in Compensation and Equity areas within Oracle - Focus on HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports - Utilize tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL - Optional expertise in Mulesoft - Collaborate effectively within the team - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills - Ensure excellent communication and documentation Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Tech - Strong expertise in Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, and Fast Formulas - Functional knowledge in Compensation and Equity areas within Oracle - Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL - Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Outstanding communication and documentation abilities (Note: The job location is in Hyderabad/Pune and is a full-time hybrid position.
