Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data
Hub (PDH)Hand-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, and customization management and supportPerform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application componentsDeliver post-production support/hypercare serviceCreate custom reports using Oracle toolsPerform Root cause analysis on recurring issuesExecute Agile data migration processesConduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testingAnalyze and prioritize support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycleconfigurations and customizations issuesPerform initial assessment and customization component failuresCoordinate post-production support/Hypercare requestsTriage issues related to custom reports using oracle toolsManage incidents tickets for Agile data migration challengesTrack and prioritize quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests
Requirements:
5+ experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutionsStrong understanding of product lifecycle management principlesProficiency in Oracle PDH application configurationsKnowledge of API integration and testing methodologies (patch testing)Experience with custom reports development using oracle toolsBackground in Agile data migration techniquesAbility to validate and test system configuration and patchesExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsStrong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders
