NetSuite Technical Lead - Field Service Management (FSM)

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) Technical Lead to join our India Delivery Center. The lead will be responsible for coordinating with the onshore lead and leading the design, development, and delivery of customized solutions within the NetSuite ERP platform specifically focused on Field Service Management modules. The ideal candidate will combine strong NetSuite technical expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and leadership capability to manage development teams, coordinate with functional consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of NetSuite’s SuiteCloud platform (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) and experience with FSM business processes such as work order management, dispatching, scheduling, service logistics, and mobile workforce integration. Technical Leadership Lead all technical aspects of NetSuite FSM implementations, including solution design, development, integration, and data migration. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust design documents. Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with NetSuite and FSM leading practices. Review, guide, and mentor development teams in NetSuite scripting, integrations, and customization standards. Manage code reviews, performance optimization, and configuration governance. Mentor and guide junior developers and technical consultants. Foster collaboration, innovation, and adherence to development standards. FSM Functional Expertise Configure and customize NetSuite Field Service Management capabilities such as: Work Orders & Service Requests Technician Scheduling & Dispatch Asset & Equipment Management Inventory and Parts Tracking Mobile Field Service Applications Integrate FSM modules with other ERP and CRM components for end-to-end service workflows. Configure dashboards, KPIs, and reports for service performance monitoring. Integration & Development Design and develop integrations using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST Web Services), OIC, third-party middleware tools, and MCP connectors. Lead data conversion, interface design, and external system connectivity (e.g., CRM, HR, IoT devices). Develop custom solutions using SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. Ensure all customizations adhere to NetSuite’s upgrade-safe architecture. Project Delivery & Governance Work closely with project managers to define technical milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure all development and deployment activities meet quality and security standards. Provide hypercare support during post-implementation and production phases.
