You are invited to attend the Mega Drive for Oracle HCM Consultants scheduled on 13th September 2025 in Hyderabad. We are specifically looking for an Oracle Technical Consultant with expertise in Fast Formula and HCM Extracts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in this field. Your primary responsibilities will include working on HCM Techno-Functional Engineering tasks, Integration Engineering projects, and core expertise in areas such as HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports. While expertise in Mulesoft is highly desirable, it is not mandatory for this role. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL. Functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity areas within Oracle will be considered a significant advantage. If you have experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), it will be a strong asset for this position. As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for tasks related to Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas, and optionally OIC. Your role will encompass both technical expertise and functional coverage within the Oracle HCM domain. We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, and excellent communication and documentation abilities. The budget for this position ranges from 20 to 35 LPA, depending on the candidate's profile and experience level. The notice period for this role is immediate to 60 days.
