Oracle netsuite - consultant

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities

1. Support Operations & Service Delivery

• Own L2/L3 NetSuite support across modules (Finance, SCM, CRM, Projects, etc.).
• Manage incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and escalation protocols.
• Act as final escalation point for complex functional and technical issues.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support and implementation/AMS partners.

2. Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NetSuite support analysts.
• Allocate workload, prioritize tickets, and ensure coverage across time zones (if applicable).
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and skills development.
• Establish knowledge management practices (SOPs, KB articles, runbooks).

3. Functional & Technical Oversight

• Provide expert guidance on NetSuite configurations, workflows, saved searches, and roles/permissions.
• Review and approve SuiteScript, integrations, and enhancements (hands-on as required).
• Ensure system stability during patches, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
• Support data integrity, reporting accuracy, and audit requirements.

4. Stakeholder & Business Engagement

• Serve as the primary support contact for business stakeholders.
• Translate business issues into functional/technical solutions.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and system optimizations.
• Support UAT, release management, and user training.

5. Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Enforce change control and release management standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal IT controls (where applicable).
• Track support metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Drive automation, root cause analysis, and reduction of repeat incidents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
