Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of

    Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll

    modules.
  • Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to UK payroll processing.
  • Configure and test payroll elements including earnings, deductions, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.).
  • Ensure full compliance with

    UK legislative requirements

    (e.g., PAYE, RTI, NI, P60, P45).
  • Set up and validate

    RTI submissions

    (FPS, EPS) for HMRC reporting.
  • Support

    pension auto-enrolment

    , re-enrolment, and opt-out processes.
  • Handle

    retro pay

    , costing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and report development.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with

    Oracle HCM Cloud

    (Fusion), with specific expertise in

    UK Payroll

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    UK payroll legislation

    and statutory requirements.
  • Experience with

    RTI processing

    ,

    statutory deductions

    , and

    benefits-in-kind

    .
  • Familiarity with

    HCM Extracts

    ,

    BI Publisher Reports

    , and

    Fast Formulas

    .
  • Good knowledge of

    Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)

    is a plus.
